Holistic Psychotherapy and counselling with Transition Breath is a unique and comprehensive approach that blends traditional therapeutic methods. Individuals are supported holistically, addressing their physical, emotional, and energetic aspects to foster growth, awareness, health and well-being.

Transition Breath provides holistic psychotherapy and counselling that combines insights from neuroscience, biochemistry, humanistic and somatic/narrative psychotherapy, while also drawing from the timeless wisdom of Buddhist psychology and nature-based traditions. This therapeutic approach caters to the mental, physical, and spiritual needs of individuals, acknowledging that continual personal growth acts as the catalyst for addressing life’s challenges and difficulties. By listening to the body, individuals can discover how to navigate their life path, leading to more ease, joy, and empowerment. Transition Breath seeks to support:

Holistic psychotherapy and counselling is a comprehensive and practical way to provide counselling and therapy. It concentrates on addressing our natural emotional needs and resources crucial for mental and emotional health. This type of therapy can help with various challenges, including: stress, anxiety, and depression; grief; anger; addictions; traumatic experiences; unhealthy behaviours and thought patterns; relationship problems; low self-confidence; issues related to sex and sexuality; questions about life meaning and purpose; and periods of transition and significant personal growth.

Exchange

The exchange for psychotherapy/counselling is:

  • 50-minute psychotherapy/counselling session (in-person), $160.00;

  • 50-minute psychotherapy/counselling session (online), $140.00; and

  • 80-minute couples psychotherapy/counselling session (in-person and Zoom), $210.00.
