Holistic psychotherapy and counselling combines insights from neuroscience, biochemistry, humanistic and somatic/narrative psychotherapy, whilst also drawing from the timeless wisdom of Buddhist psychology and nature-based traditions. This therapeutic approach caters to the mental, physical, and spiritual needs of individuals, acknowledging that continual personal growth acts as the catalyst for addressing life’s challenges and difficulties. By listening to the body and their needs, individuals can discover how to navigate their life path, leading to more ease, joy, and empowerment.
Each session lasts for 50 minutes and is available both online and in-person.
