Breathwork

A private breathwork session is a personalised and guided experience that uses conscious connected breathing to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Each session is customised to address your unique needs and goals. A private holistic breathwork session offers a dedicated space for deep inner exploration, self-discovery, and personal growth. It offers an opportunity to work through unresolved emotions, experiences, traumas and belief systems that may hinder your growth potential. Breathwork creates space for you to access deep internal wisdom that exists beyond the thinking mind, enhancing your awakening. Breathwork brings you into greater consciousness.

Each session promotes relaxation, releases tension, enhances self-awareness, and fosters a sense of overall well-being. Breathwork offered by Transition Breath is trauma-informed, and integrates holistic psychotherapy and other mind-body awareness practices. Available online and in-person, standard sessions go for two hours and an initial session goes for 2.5 hours.

In-person, Sydney Breathwork sessions are periodically offered at Union Street Yoga, Erskineville.

Holistic counselling & psychotherapy

Holistic counselling and psychotherapy is a unique and comprehensive approach that blends various therapeutic methods. Individuals are supported holistically, addressing their physical, emotional, and energetic parts to foster growth, awareness, health and well-being.

Holistic psychotherapy and counselling combines insights from neuroscience, biochemistry, humanistic and somatic/narrative psychotherapy, whilst also drawing from the timeless wisdom of Buddhist psychology and nature-based traditions. This therapeutic approach caters to the mental, physical, and spiritual needs of individuals, acknowledging that continual personal growth acts as the catalyst for addressing life’s challenges and difficulties. By listening to the body and their needs, individuals can discover how to navigate their life path, leading to more ease, joy, and empowerment.

Each session lasts for 50 minutes and is available both online and in-person.

Couples therapy

Navigating challenging times within a relationship, in isolation, can be difficult. Couples therapy provides a safe and supportive environment for partners to openly discuss their feelings and relationship dynamics in a non-judgmental and therapeutic manner.

Couples seek therapy for various reasons, whether they've faced longstanding challenges, seek to deepen their connection, or simply wish to maintain a healthy relationship through constructive dialogue.

Transition Breath offers counselling and holistic psychotherapy tailored for couples, along with relationship-focused breathwork sessions designed to enhance connection and understanding. Available online and in-person.
