Welcome to the Soul Seeker Retreat, a two-night immersive breathwork and nature-connection experience designed to help you reconnect with your true self and explore soul consciousness.
The soul is a shared spiritual concept across many spiritual and cultural traditions - depicted in stories and mythologies worldwide. While the body’s time on Earth is temporary and the mind analyses, often leaping between past and future, the soul remains as ever-present awareness. It holds the wisdom of what lies beyond the veil, dwelling in the stillness within. Even in the darkest times, it is the light of the soul that guides us—a wild and free essence within every being.
The Soul Seeker Retreat invites participants to reconnect with their true selves—the soul—through practices such as breathwork, nature connection, meditation, yoga, contemplation, and other embodiment techniques. In this journey of reconnection, we will realign and rewild, tuning into the inner wisdom of the heart and freeing ourselves from the constraints of the mind. Together, we will explore our capacity to listen to the wisdom within and rekindle our relationship with the wild one inside—the untamed essence that embodies freedom, joy, uniqueness, and a deep sense of belonging.
Together, we will release the stories and fears that keep us confined, opening to new ways of being. We will reconnect with the whole—whether through our own hearts, a sense of belonging in community, nature, or the universe. At this retreat, participants will engage in natural movement, nature-connection and ancient breathing techniques to awaken the body’s inner life force, fostering greater flow, inner-peace, and openness.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to join this intimate and intentional breathwork and embodiment retreat, set amongst the pristine Bamarang forest and cleansing waters of the Shoalhaven River. Limited spots available, no experience with breathwork or other practices necessary - this retreat is open to those new and experienced.

Bamarang Bush Retreat:
Set in the stunning foothills of Bamarang Nature Reserve along a quiet stretch of the Shoalhaven River, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to unplug from daily life and reconnect with yourself, nature, your body, and a community of like-minded people.
Bamarang Bush Retreat, a family-owned business, sits on 120 acres of ancient bushland in a prehistoric river valley. With handcrafted accommodations providing privacy and seclusion among towering gum trees, it’s only 2.5 hours from Sydney and Canberra, and one hour from Wollongong. The retreat welcomes environmentally conscious individuals seeking to return to nature in a creative and unique space.
Rooms are located across three houses with different bedding configurations. A limited number of private rooms (adjoining rooms) are available, and shared bathrooms are found across the retreat centre.
The lands of Bamarang are truly magical. When it rains, mountain pathways transform into waterfalls, and large boulders are nestled among gum trees and tree ferns. The Shoalhaven River Valley offers a place for healing and quiet contemplation. The retreat is located on the lands of the Wandi-Wandandian Tribe of the Yuin Nation. We acknowledge and give thanks to their Elders, past, present and emerging.

The Soul Seeker Retreat will create space for you to achieve your growth potential, expand your awareness, shed outdated thoughts and behavioral patterns, foster connection with self and others and allow you to redefine and embrace your Soul Consciousness.
Through the use of conscious-connected breathing (breathwork), nature-connection activities, yoga, meditation and holistic psychotherapy, this retreat will support you to:
-access a deeper understanding of self and your experience of life;
-quiet the thinking mind (mental chatter) and access the wisdom of the subconscious mind and body;
-gain new information and clarity about life;
-release old and outdated stories about yourself and how you are in this world;
-let go of held or 'hidden' physical, emotional and mental patterns and stories;
-bring your heart, body and mind into alignment; and
-access a deeper understanding of your spirituality.
Transition Breath’s offerings are trauma-informed and apply holistic psychotherapy principles. Transpersonal Breathwork is ideal for people experiencing mental health conditions such as chronic stress, anxiety and depression, processing trauma and wanting to find greater meaning and purpose in life. -
The primary tool of self-exploration will be holistic, transpersonal breathwork, a unique and ancient technique, otherwise known as ‘conscious connected breathing’. This type of breathwork combines conscious connected breathing with mind-body awareness techniques, nurturing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Highlighting the transformative power of conscious breathing, it aims to ease stress, release tensions and emotional blockages, enhance awareness, embodiment, and personal growth. Tailored for mental health concerns like stress, anxiety and depression, it helps understand and release traumas while accessing inner wisdom and empowerment.
Transpersonal breathwork cultivates profound balance, harmony, and peace in the mind and body, presenting a holistic approach to self-discovery, personal growth and overall health.

Sacred tobacco, alternatively known as rapé (pronounced ha-peh), originates from South America. It is a powdered shamanic snuff made from Nicotiana Rustica, a type of tobacco also known as Mapacho. The tobacco plant is mixed with other medicine plants and sacred prayers, aligning each type of rapé with a specific purpose or intention. This form of tobacco is ingested through the nose, with the use of a utensil called a tepi, in a ceremonial setting.
Rapé helps energetically clear the mind and body. Supporting the rebalancing of the body’s energy system, rapé induces a purification. This purification process may result in a clearing of mental energy or softening of the nervous system. In some cases, rapé may induce a purge or release of some kind (emotional release, tears or vomiting).
Each rapé ceremony is held with intention. We honour the four directions, the Wisdom of the Heart and clear Vision.
This rapé ceremony is an optional extra for those who feel called to working with sacred tobacco.
