Breathing. Music. Movement. Meditation. This is The BreathFast Club.

Transition Breath, in partnership with Flow Yoga, has commenced The BreathFast Club; an eight-week program commencing:

  • from 7.40pm to 8.40pm on Monday, 14 October until Monday, 2 December; or

  • from 7.00am to 8.00am on Thursday, 17 October until Thursday, 5 December.

Each week, participants will integrate movement with music and their breath - to foster energy, relaxation and to strengthen the connection between the breath, body and mind. Each session will end with a 20-minute guided meditation, to explore and settle the energy in our bodies.

The BreathFast Club sessions include:

  • 10-minute check-in discussion to foster connectivity with participants;

  • 20 minutes of active breathing and movement to energetic music;

  • 20 minutes of relaxed breathing and meditation, to help settle the energy in our bodies; and

  • a final 10-minute integration discussion.

Participants will be encouraged to be expressive with their movement and breathing, as well as connect with other participants.

The exchange for this special eight-week program is $160.00, with a maximum of 12 people per session. Tickets available at Eventbrite:
